About VUCA Health:

VUCA Health has created the largest library of medication education videos for patients. We license our video content to health systems, pharmacies, health plans, software developers, and other healthcare organizations.

Position: Customer Success/Account Manager, Full Time, Remote

What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, fostering relationships, ensuring our customers needs are met and that they’re getting the most out of their partnership with VUCA Health. You’ll support sales and be responsible for on-boarding new customers will become a point of contact for existing accounts. This will not be a clinical role.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a people person. Someone who is great with communication and has a passion for customer service. We’ll need someone who is self driven, able to work and be productive from a home office. You may have to travel to trade shows and in-person business reviews for key accounts. Previous sales and/or account management experience is required. Sales Force and healthcare experience would be a huge plus!
